Because on the one hand the client asked to get the loft cleared, which was used as a private storage place for many years. On the other hand he also requested to get the garden shed cleared. The difficulty with the first part of the job, was the lack of space. This was due to low ceiling heights in the loft. That meant that one colleague was up in the loft bagging and boxing up items and passing it down through the loft hatch, where the other colleague was receiving and taking them safely to the van. During the bagging up process the team made sure to sort items into three groups. Because in the end of the job, it was easier to distinguish which items to dump, recycle or donate. This decision was made depending on their condition. The client returned to a fully cleared loft and shed and was very happy with the result.
